Five members of the Minnesota Wild hockey roster are part of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Wild Players Mikko Koivu, Antti Miettinen and Niklas Backstrom play for their home country of Finland and Wild players Martin Havlat and Marek Zidlicky play for the Czech Republic.
